Nassau County Gas Prices Get Insane
Monday, June 30th, 2008As I watch the Nassau County gas prices rise on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, I often cringe at the fact that I have a eight cylinder motor in my car. But what are my alternatives to lower my Nassau County gas prices to travel to work and other places?
Of course the most obvious choice would be to sell it but dealerships are not interested in a car with a big v8 motor in it. While the car I have is very comfortable, it is quite unnecessary. I have seen the Swift on the parkways and come to find out that are NOT cheap and would cost me quite a bit to recoup the loss on this v8 to buy that car. It is crazy and getting scary!
I see no changes in the future for the gas prices. I hope they go down below $4 a gallon but these prices affect so much. Many people I know are not traveling like normal with one even selling a nice mobile home/camper unit he had just bought a couple of years ago. How many family outings are being cancelled due to the greed of some speculators. It is terrible. Thoughts of one car like days past are creeping in again!
What do you see for the future of Nassau County Gas Prices? Comment here an let everyone know!
